Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes — Gas Safe Registration Number 212325. Matt Winn is ex-British Gas trained with 38+ years in the gas industry, and we're an accredited Vaillant installer.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out fee. Quotes are free, usually completed on-site and emailed before we leave the property.
What warranty do you offer on a new boiler?
Up to 10 years' manufacturer warranty on all major brands, including a full 10 years on Vaillant boilers as an Accredited Installer. All of our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Matt answers emergency calls directly wherever possible, including out-of-hours. Typical response time is within one hour across our service area.
