Our story
A two-man, family-run team that grew out of British Gas training.
Premier Heating is run by Matt Winn — an ex-British Gas trained engineer with more than 38 years on the tools — and his son. Everything we do is hands-on: no call handlers, no subcontractors, no scripts. When you ring 07870 210610, you get Matt.
We help homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Watford, Northwood, Rickmansworth, Pinner, Bushey, Hatch End, Stanmore, Middlesex and Greater London. Whether the boiler has packed up on a Sunday evening, the radiators aren't heating properly, or you're planning a full system upgrade, the goal is the same: get your heating and hot water working safely, efficiently and quickly — and leave the property cleaner than we found it.
Because we're a small, focused team, we specialise deeply rather than dabble. Combi and system boiler replacements, breakdown repairs, annual services, powerflushing, smart controls (we personally recommend Tado), radiator installations, landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) and 24/7 emergency call-outs. That's it — and after 38 years, we've seen almost every variation of them.
The business runs on repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals. That only works if the standard stays high, so we keep the workload deliberately manageable and turn down jobs we don't have capacity to do properly.
