Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the services provided by Premier Heating ("we", "our", "us"), based at 205 Prestwick Rd, Watford WD19 6EJ. By requesting a quote, booking work or instructing us to proceed, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes & pricing

  • Quotes are free and typically issued on-site, or within 24 hours if pricing needs checking.
  • Prices are fixed where a written fixed quote is issued; other jobs are charged on a time-and-materials basis.
  • Advertised "from" prices (e.g. boiler servicing from £75, powerflushing from £550, CP12 from £70, boiler flue & filter installation from £1,975) are starting prices and depend on the job.
  • We do not charge a call-out fee.

2. Bookings & access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and the appliance. If we cannot access the site on the agreed date, or additional work is discovered that materially changes the job, we may need to reschedule or requote.

3. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: card, cash and bank transfer.
  • Payment for smaller jobs (servicing, repairs, CP12s) is due on completion.
  • Payment terms for installations are set out on the written quote.
  • We do not currently take deposits or offer finance.

4. Warranties & guarantees

  • All workmanship is covered by our 1-year guarantee.
  • Vaillant boilers installed by us come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty (subject to Vaillant's terms and annual servicing).
  • Other boiler brands are covered by warranties of up to 10 years, per the manufacturer's terms.
  • Powerflushing includes a 1-year guarantee and before/after water-quality readings.

5. Regulatory work

All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (Registration No. 212325) and notified in line with Building Regulations where required. Certificates and Benchmark handover packs are supplied on completion.

6. Insurance

We hold £5,000,000 public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance. A copy of our insurance can be provided on request.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Materials specifically ordered for your job that cannot be returned may be chargeable.

8. Complaints

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
